Membership Terms & Conditions:

Memberships require a valid credit card to enroll and automatically renew every 30 days. Therapies are to be redeemed one at a time, each month, while you are enrolled. Therapies not used during their respective month can rollover, one time, to the following month or risk being lost. You are allowed to use one rollover Therapy per membership month, in addition to the current month’s Therapy.

You may pause your membership at any time. Therapies cannot be redeemed while your membership is paused. Should you desire to pause longer than 30 days, we require you to cancel & restart when you are ready to resume a monthly membership.

We require a 14 day cancellation notice by email to stop your membership. You will have 60 days from the time you cancel your membership to use any remaining, paid, Therapies or Add-ons available. Memberships cannot be combined with any other discounts, coupons, or savings. You may only be enrolled in one type of Membership at a time. Memberships may be shared with one other family member. We retain the right to modify terms and conditions or terminate membership at any time, for any reason.
